Ideally we prefer to meet in-person at the subject property to confirm final property details. However we are always available via text, e-mail, phone call, Skype, WhatsApp, etc. to meet your busy schedule. Our goal for this meeting is to finalize the marketing and listing price details along with answer any of your final questions before moving forward.

After our initial property review and meeting, we’ll ask you to move forward with us and sign your Listing Agreement into get your property listed. Once you’re signed on with us, we’re ready to take the next steps to get your property SOLD!
Now that you’re signed up, it’s time to schedule your Content Creation appointment. This is where we’ll complete all of the on-site photography, recording, and scanning to start creating amazing marketing content that will attract buyers to your property.
We’ll set up a day and time with you for us to start creating all the marketing content at your property. This includes professional photography, 3D virtual tour scanning, floor plan sketch creation, video recording, and even aerial video and photography where permitted. Depending on the size of your property, we will book a time slot that works best for you. Most properties take about 3.5 hours on-site to photograph, scan, and record.
It’s post-production time! Now we’ll take all the content back to our office to start the editing process. This is where we finalize all the content that will be used to market your property.
We have spent several hours recording and scanning on-site at your property. Now we spend even more time crafting these marketing materials to make them the most appealing to potential buyers for your property.
Your property has never looked better! All the marketing materials are complete. We will now upload your listing and start distributing this content via the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and more.
Our marketing distribution strategies now come into play. We take all the content we created for your property and advertise it through the platforms that allow us to provide the most cost-effective exposure for your property.
Buyers are positively responding to your property and we are receiving showing requests. You’ll receive text and/or e-mail notifications whenever we receive a request to show your home, so you’re always in full control of scheduling.
Time for your showing! Your home will only be shown to buyers by licensed real estate agents and brokers. We verify credentials and provide these licensed professionals with showing instructions to access your property via an electronic lockbox for their scheduled showing.
We’ve received an offer! Now it’s time to review all the terms and make a decision to accept, counter, or reject. We will use our expertise to explain the options and answer any questions you may have. This guarantees that you only make well-informed decisions in your transaction.
We have a deal, final contracts are signed, and we are officially under contract! This is where our closing coordination and behind-the-scenes work begins. We’ll keep you updated throughout the next steps as we confirm all deadlines are met and contingencies satisfied over the next 3 to 4 weeks. We have completed the major steps leading up to closing: verifying escrows, loan and association applications, property inspections, appraisal, title and lien searches, property surveys, title and loan commitments, confirming final closing fees and prorations, and more. We’ve now received a Clear to Close and are ready for the final stretch of the transaction where we will schedule with you to sign final closing documents.
We are at the closing table, final documents are signed, and sale proceeds are disbursed. Congratulations! You are successfully closed on your property and received funds from your sale.
